Hey, yall! I'm Qiana aka Coach Q. I am a single mom of one amazing teenaged boy, an ordained minister, certified life coach, and Masters level Social Worker/Therapist with over ten years of experience in helping people. Most importantly, though, I am a woman who has been stuck before--with so many ideas and goals, but no idea on how to achieve them. I'm ready to help you empty out those pretty notebooks and excel beyond the planning stage. I'm also here to serve as a public speaker on mental health advocacy, BIPOC women's wellness and empowerment, and bridging the gap between mental health and the church. I can't wait to work with you!
